Role: IT Manager ERP Implementation


Location: Hyderabad [ Corporate Office ]


Mode of Work: WFO [ 6 Days ]


Job Summary:


- We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the full life cycle implementation of ERP systems within our organization.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP selection, deployment, customization, integration, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support.


- This role involves collaborating with key business units, ensuring system optimization, and driving digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


ERP Implementation & Management:


- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful ERP deployment.


- Define ERP strategy, roadmaps, and best practices for system configuration and process automation.


- Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and security.


- Ensure seamless integration of ERP with other business applications (CRM, SCM, HRMS, Accounting, etc.).


- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.


IT Infrastructure & Security:


- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity to support ERP and business operations.


- Implement data backup, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures.


- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data security policies, and IT governance.


Project & Vendor Management:


- Manage ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers, ensuring timely project delivery within budget.


- Define SLA agreements, negotiate contracts, and track vendor performance.


- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.


Business Process Optimization & Training:


- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ERP capabilities.


- Train employees and end-users on ERP functionalities, dashboards, and best practices.


- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.


Reporting & Continuous Improvement:


- Generate ERP reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.


- Stay updated with ERP trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


- Drive continuous improvements and upgrades for system enhancements.


Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong expertise in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or other enterprise ERP systems).


- Proficiency in ERP modules like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Production.


- Hands-on experience in SQL, data migration, API integrations, and database management.


- Understanding of business process mapping, system architecture, and cloud-based ERP solutions.


- Excellent project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies).


- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, senior management, and IT professionals.


- Experience in IT security, compliance, and risk management is a plus.


- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.


- 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation (full life cycle) and IT management.


- Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or other ERP-related credentials) are a plus.
