Role & Responsibilities:
- Developing environment strategies, policies, processes
- Ensuring compliance with environmental legislations
- Liaise with Government agencies relating to environment regulations, policies and compliance
- Auditing, analyzing and reporting environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies
- Identifying, accessing and reducing the negative impact of business operations on environment
- Promoting and raising awareness, at all levels of an organisation, of the impact of emerging environmental issues
- Establishing processes for compliance against certificates like EPEAT, BIS, Energy Star rating, etc
- Conducting energy audits to assess and reduce consumption of natural resources
- Design, drive and monitor recycling, waste management and conservation activities
- Support marketing activities for products and solutions that help reduce environment impact for customers
- Developing policies and practices to meet Organization's CSR objectives
- Building relationships with partner organizations and implementing activities and initiatives related to CSR
- Designing and implementing CSR related Employee Engagement activities
- Raising awareness of Organization's commitment to CSR and generating publicity around it
- Ensuring compliance with respect to CSR regulations
- Explore possibility to develop sustainable business model from CSR projects
