Job Description:
- Develop the Business and grow Customer base in India and solidify existing relationships.
- Develop long-term strategies and shorter term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Develop the Business & Sales Model for the customers. Develop innovative solutions sales models.
- Develop the P&L for the business and help grow the business overall within your customer base.
- Take the Outbound Marketing Initiatives to gather leads.
- Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers for our products.
- Strong understanding competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore opportunities and help customer meet their business objectives
- Understand product and solutions and to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
- Drive revenue growth & pipeline in Strategic and Enterprise accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
- Responsible for the overall quality of account management of their customers
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business plans.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications: M.B.A in marketing or equivalent.

- Ability to complete assigned task in given timeline
- Good Communication skills
- Good Coordination within the organization and externally.
Personal Qualities And Behavioral traits:
- Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
- Ability to do proper co-ordination with customer onsite.
- Knowledge on preparing & submitting work permit.
- Should be able to meet deadlines
