Looking proven entrepreneurial driven Sales professional to help lead the strategic development for driving new Digital transformation Solutions business in the market across the Middle East, Africa, SEA, and SAARC region.
If successful your will primarily focus will be selling our CRM Solutions offering into new and existing enterprise accounts to increase revenue, growth and quota attainment.
To be considered you will have a significant direct solution sales experience, selling specified Enterprise software, CRM Solutions, Software as a service (SaaS) solutions, document management, workflow, and business process services.
Candidate Must. have :
- Strong background and proven experience of strategic new business hunting, sales process, and solution selling.
- The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact on the entire company.
- Ability to team effectively at all levels of internally and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree from a premium college or MBA preferred ( 60 % and above )
- Knowledge in IT product sales like CRM Products, enterprise software, Digital transformation, SaaS base solutions, Software solutions, etc.
- Minimum 6 years proven success in solution-based selling, preferably related to CRM products
- Have an understanding of the BFSI domain will be preferred
