Enterprise Sales - Manager (Saas/Cloud)
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 4 to 7 years
Must Have:
Experience in Quota Carrying Sales:
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience specifically carrying sales quotas and successfully closing deals, ideally within the software or technology sales domain.
Regional Expertise:
A proven track record of effectively managing deals with customers located in West or South India, demonstrating an understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs. (South india role to have regional exposure as a mandate)
Quota Over-Achievement:
Consistently exceeding sales quotas in previous positions, ranking within the top 10-20% of the company's sales performance.
Complex Sales-Cycle Management:
Proficiency in managing and closing complex sales cycles, including navigating through various decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
Avg Ticket Size:
Must have closed deals with avg ticket size > 30-40 lacs.
Lead generation experience or strategy in current role.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing relationships within our Midmarket/Enterprise Business segment focusing on customers in South India.
- Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in CRM, while creating satisfied and reference- able customers.
- Demonstrating our product and creating a differentiated value proposition
