Key Responsibilities :
- Developing company business and growth strategy which include target driven sales for getting new clientele, with primary focus on lead generation
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- 4-8 years of business development experience in services segment
- B2B sales experience in Bangalore
- Experience of generating INR 30 lacs - 1 Cr revenue per month
- Distinctive problem solving, strategic and analytics capabilities is MUST.
- Should know excel basics including Pivot.
- Strong tech focus & believe in technology as has to sell tech-products
- Proven sales track record - Resume should speak No's and achievement
- Communication and negotiation skills - At best as they have deal with CFO's & C Level
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to sales and customer development
- Demonstrated hunter & farmer sales experience. Should have experience of cold calls & walk-ins as well.
- Driven/ Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup
- Willingness to learn
- Extrovert personality
- Tier 1 / Premier college - MUST
