- Someone who has a proven track record of driving retail/corporate & enterprise sales & acquiring new business/clients over a span of 1 to 4 years.

Job Responsibilities:
- The primary job responsibility is to meet with HR's of clients. These clients could be Recruitment Agencies, SME's and Large Organizations)
- Following the consultative selling model, the incumbent will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to our prospective clients.
- Selling the database and allied recruitment solutions that come with it.
- Cold-calling, finding prospective clients, setting up meetings and giving a demo of portal to potential clients
- Keeping a track of the industry's recruitment needs and accordingly identifying potential clients.
- Delivering on monthly/quarterly targets.
