As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Sales Team and play a key role in accelerating our expansion efforts.


Position Overview:


Are you ready to take on a high-impact role? As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. By collaborating closely with our dynamic sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to developing and executing outreach strategies that directly address the needs of our target audience.

Location: Gurgaon (In-Office)


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify and target high-value leads across the industry, focusing on decision-makers such as CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketers, and Agencies.

- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone, email, and social media platforms, effectively showcasing our innovative solutions and generating interest.

- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful, solution-oriented conversations to uncover their pain points and assess how weare offerings can deliver value.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and transition qualified leads for in-depth engagement.

- Strategy Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and ideas to refine sales strategies and drive better results.

- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, enabling you to position ourselves as a market leader.


Qualifications:


- Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: Proven success in sales, business development, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to drive results.

- Industry Expertise: Previous experience engaging with CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketers, and Agencies is highly desirable.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects

effectively.

- Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
