Manager - Enterprise Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
- Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect.
- Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level.
- Develop strong knowledge of Products & Services and the marketplace.
- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects.
- Able to Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities form team members.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for prospects.
- Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to anticipate and respond to changing customer demands effectively:
Qualification:- Proven track record of 10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or account management, ideally with an IT infrastructure in B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Must be open to travel for work.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to business development.
