Enterprise Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans and strategies to acquire new logo customers, leveraging our cutting-edge incident management and hybrid cloud management solutions.
- Identify pain points in potential customers' environments and develop a business-oriented perspective that compels them to embrace our innovative solutions.
- Drive revenue generation by effectively selling, managing, and nurturing new client relationships, showcasing the value of our products in addressing their unique challenges.
- Prioritize and pursue opportunities with a focus on excellence in customer experience, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while forging strong ecosystem partner relationships to expand market coverage, enhance brand awareness, and increase penetration within the assigned territory.
Skills Required :
- Ability to connect with customers on a personal level, skillfully assessing and understanding their needs, and building trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Possess a strong technical acumen and familiarity with engineering culture, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with customers on technical aspects.
- Proven ability to independently identify, qualify, and close business opportunities, showcasing initiative and sound decision-making skills.
- Track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales performance.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients at various levels.
Minimum Qualification Required :
- Possess 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in leading a consultative sales approach, including at least 3 years of experience as an enterprise sales manager in a multi-product, complex software environment.
