Manager - Enterprise Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Direct Sales of sustainability products
3. Manage sales team
4. Lead Generation
5. Initial Contact and Rapport Building
6. Needs Discovery and Analysis
7. Solution Presentation and Customization
8. Handling Objections
9. Closing the Sale
10. Implementation and Follow-up
11. Ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat purchase
Requirements:
- Engineer preferably in Instrumentation or E&C ; OR ; Masters degree with Marketing
- 5 - 8 years of work experience with minimum 3 years in the enterprise sales, either selling enterprise software or industrial items like
- Process instrument -Smart Measurement instrument- flowmeter, level transmitter, Analytical instruments - cod , body analyser pH analysers
- Industrial Automation components - plc, scada, building management system, dcs, energy management system
- Software : Scada software, Iiot, Cloud softwares, Energy meters, Sap, Salesforce, ERPs CRMs
- Able to interact with and pitch to CXO positions of large enterprises.
