They have teamed up with leading tech companies to develop a new kind of online curriculum and introduced Nanodegree programs: industry credentials for today's jobs in technology. The international teams across geographies consist of entrepreneurs, engineers, student services, and marketing professionals, all of whom will be stakeholders in our international growth.

Working in the India team, and reporting to the Enterprise Sales - Lead India, your role is to drive sustainable growth for the company across accounts and geographies. You'll be responsible for building effective enterprise sales channels in India to empower the employees of these enterprises to effectively grow in their careers and land the next promotion.

Responsibilities :

- This is an individual contributor role and doesn't involve team management.

- Business Development and enterprise sales initiatives.

- Successfully enlist enterprises to adopt its courses for their employees.

- Develop and manage all aspects of relationships with enterprise partners.

- Build relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate opportunities.

- Provide feedback and input on product roadmap for India market.

Requirements :

- Top Tier MBA graduate with at least 5 years of related experience (8-10 years for engineering graduate) in enterprise or corporate sales and business development, preferably in solutions sales/ consultative sales in a technology or IT services company.

- Proven track record of selling technically complex products.

- Experience selling subscription based licenses, retaining and upselling to customers.

- Strong customer references around customer passion, long term relationships and solving problems.

- Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning & development and training in large corporate & enterprises.

- This is an individual contributor role, which will require travel both local as well as outstation.

- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Creative and open to new ideas and adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

- Passionate about helping others.

- Negotiates fiercely and protects and nurtures relationships.

- Comfortable with autonomy and uncertainty.

- Get things done.

- Passion for education.
