Job Responsibilities:- - Deliver revenue and product goals - Ensure high customer satisfaction - Serve as a leader in the local geography and collaborate with KH teams across the globe to ensure fast growth in business - Be the liaison between KH, the Government, and the Ecosystem - Participate and present KH solutions in events & seminars to build the brand - Develop and nurture partner and reseller ecosystems to add additional business through 3rd party feet on the street - Maintain and manage large account relationships through regular contact with customer leaders - Make suggestions as and when required to the product and marketing team to deliver business goals based on local market analysis. Key Skills:- Understanding the signature selling method Consulting sales - Ability to hold CXO-level conversations - Deep understanding of enterprise market including connections with Key CXOs in large accounts - Understanding partner Ecosystem in Ed-tech - Experience in P & L management - Should have worked in the multicultural working environment - Ready to extend working hours based on business requirements - Prepared to travel and meet customers/partners as required - Oratory skill - Participate in events as a speaker and evangelize KH solutions - Past experience in the learning industry is a bonus - Should be able to speak & understand Mandarin & Chinese Language.
