Job Description : Build and lead a Strong BFSI Sales practice for a leading Cybersecurity organization that has transformed the Fintech industry.
Client Details :
- Our client is a market leader in the Cybersecurity domain and are at the forefront of Fraud prevention. They currently have 100+ customers and are blitz-scaling profitably.
- They have already built a Multi-million Dollar business(without bleeding money) and looking to scale this sustainably.
Description:
- Drive the B2B sales pipeline, targeting C-level executive. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.
- Lead a team: Starting with a reporting of 1 member initially
- Engage with clients, understanding their pain points and business challenges. Showcase the value proposition of our product and how it can drive client productivity and success.
- Thrive in an independent work environment, taking ownership of your sector and driving sales initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with top management to gain insights into end-to-end business decision-making processes. Contribute your expertise to strategic discussions and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Profile:
- Experience selling to clients in the BFSI domain
- Excellent communication skills, relationship management and soft skills
