We are looking for high-performing professionals with a successful track record of acquiring
enterprise clients and exceeding revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Acquisition and managing of large & mid-market enterprise clients (particularly those with distribution led business models)
- Develop an excellent understanding of Easebuzz's product suite and its USPs
- Follow a solutioning based sales approach that addresses the pain points of clients
- Ability to reach out to CXOs and senior leaders in the Finance / IT / Sales verticals of enterprise clients, identify opportunities and provide a customized pitch of the Easebuzz product suite
- Develop and work in collaboration with Channel Partners for generating new businessopportunities
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have 3 - 10 years of sales / business development experience in SaaS or a B2B setup.
- Experience in solutioning based sales where products are pitched basis understanding of client's business model and requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated and result oriented personality
- MBA from top-tier college
- Prior experience with fintech is preferable, however, not mandatory
