Role: Enterprise Sales BFSI
Reports to: Director of Sales
Location: Mumbai Onsite Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers by performing research
- Able to build and manage CXO relationships
- Ability to manage senior sales team across enterprise and mid-market customers
- Ability to drive analytical rigor, result orientation, and attention to detail
- Create a culture of being able to have fun and promote diversity and inclusion
- Leverage XFN teams' insight teams, customer success teams, and presales team
- Understand customer pain points and be able to articulate user journeys
- Introduce company Solutions to customers
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales and move many transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Create pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts
Key Capabilities:
- 5+ years of experience of selling Software Products in one or more of the following spaces: CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Business Process Automation to chief marketing officers to Large Enterprise Customers
- BFSI Experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing, and sales or a related field of study
- Ability to analyse the customer needs and map them to a software solution that addresses the needs
- Ability to self-motivate multi-task, and work independently or within a team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
