Role Overview:
The Manager of Enterprise SaaS Sales (Fleet Management) will be responsible for promoting Droom's SaaS fleet management solutions to large enterprises, corporate clients, and government agencies. This role requires a professional with expertise in SaaS sales, fleet management, and B2B partnership development, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and nurturing high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an effective SaaS sales strategy tailored to the needs of the fleet management sector. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in corporate and government accounts.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients, including fleet operators, government bodies, and enterprises requiring fleet management solutions.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and demonstrate the value of Droom's SaaS solutions in addressing fleet management challenges. Customize presentations and proposals based on client needs.
- Partnership Management: Negotiate, formalize, and maintain long-term partnership agreements to support growth and align with Droom's strategic objectives.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Market Insights & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor solutions, and customer needs. Use insights to inform sales strategies and refine product offerings.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, managing a robust pipeline and maintaining high closing rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for clients.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback. Use analytics to assess performance and improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on fleet management, automotive, or logistics industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA or relevant certification in SaaS sales is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in closing high-value SaaS deals with large enterprise clients and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and fleet management technology, with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in negotiation and presentations.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders in corporate and government sectors.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using analytics to track performance, forecast sales, and understand client needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management, automotive software, and the competitive landscape in SaaS solutions.
