Role Purpose: Manager - Brand & Marketing
The role holder will be a strategic, creative and analytical marketer, responsible to build and execute the brand and social marketing strategy for individual Business Units. The role holder will be responsible for conceptualising, planning & organising marketing and promotional and promotion activities across multiple channels including digital and developing new communication mix & new strategies for the brand.
Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:
B2B Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of digital and mobile marketing ecosystem and leverage them for branding.
- Creating and executing stakeholder engagement strategy for improving company's market share by attracting new customers and maintaining business with existing customers
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions - Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, etc.
- Translate segment and regional promotion needs (target audience, key messages) into a global plan that includes product launches, sales tools development, internal and external events, editorial & advert opportunities and diversified channels by region and segments.
- Work with product team and external marketing agencies for campaign development and execution for new launches
Brand Building & Awareness:
- Implementing strategies to improve company awareness in markets through brand building, press releases & market development efforts
- Build and grow the brand digitally, across various forums.
- Crafting and executing high quality brand campaigns across media channels that build awareness, consideration for the brand and product portfolio and deliver on customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Build and implement communication on company's technical expertise and prowess. Usage of various forums such as ESG, Sustainability to create awareness about the brand.
- Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement. Lead the development of brand voice, key and personality
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation, the brand and its products.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Experience & Skills:
- 5 + years in brand and digital marketing B2B marketing experience will be a plus.
- A proven marketer, with experience of building and executing high-impact product and brand campaigns
- Track record of executing multi-channel and multi-territory campaigns, with a high level of comfort with the tools and techniques of digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in media and promotion planning and management. Robust experience in creative development and execution.
- Exposure to and experience of having worked in regulated markets
- Has experience of US/ Europe/ Japan/ China markets
- Provide insights for executing annual conferences like CPHI/ Agro/ Nutrition
- Ability to influence and work with colleagues across functions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
- Experience working with advertising, marketing agencies and media
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/social marketing and measurement (Preferably in areas like SEO/SEM, Whatsapp marketing, voice-search optimization, AI-based chatbots and more emerging areas like presence in Metaverse)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA in marketing/business from one of the top business schools.
