The Practice - A Brief Sketch

As a part of the Energy practice, that blends deep functional and industry knowledge, you will accelerate the reinvention journey for companies, helping them achieve profitability and staying relevant in the years ahead.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client projects and develop Digital Centers of Excellence - to unlock new opportunities and drive efficiencies.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for trading clients in the areas of strategic decision-making, project management, digital transformation, cost optimization and so on.

- Accelerate clients' transformation journey towards a more connected, optimized, lean and agile organization.

- Assist senior management and leadership for drafting proposals, writing client pitches, and developing solution architecture.

- Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital disruption opportunities for trading clients through convergence of analytics & digital capability around trading operations, commercial optimization, digital settlements and risk management.

Your experience counts!

- MBA from Tier-I business school ANY SPECIALIZATION.

- Has led a team of 5+ resources in past engagements.

- Trading exposure with experience in Energy industry in domains like Oil and Gas, Production or Refining or Distribution.

- Good experience around trading operations across front office, mid-office and back- office.

- Consulting or Industry functional experience in any of energy trading and risk management tools.

- Understanding of financial concepts - accounting, taxes, financial risk, and financial instruments (derivatives traded products).

- Experience in Trading products like Endur, and its connected modules like Ops (scheduling, actualization), settlements, accounting, inventory, and others, preferred.

- Strong and proven experience in client engagement during the entire lifecycle of the project across inception, sales and delivery.

- Business development experience with an ability to draft request for proposal responses, pitch proposals and solution architecture.

- Relevant industry experience with strong blend of consulting and functional skills.
