Manager - Energy Sourcing - Data Center

JOB PURPOSE

- The incumbent should possess the experience and expertise to source energy through open market to meet the customer objectives and to advise the Company. He/She shall provide his expertise in the (but not limited to) below areas:

- Create RFP/RFQ to Source Energy from Open Market for Datacenters across India

- Managing relations with Energy Consultants

- Work closely with Design Team and Project team to understand the operational needs and arrive at required overall Energy Capacity

- Negotiate with various agencies and ensure delivery of -Energy at respective Datacenter locations

- Analyzing existing markets and evolving energy landscape to renegotiate existing contracts for better pricing

- Drafting and Finalizing the SLA's to ensure High Availability of Energy across various Datacenter sites

- Creation of competitive rate analysis and ensuring highly competitive rates for energy purchased.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

- Strong background and knowledge/experience in sourcing Energy from open markets especially in field of Datacenters.

- Proven experience in sourcing various Green energy sources at various locations across India

- Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Proven track record of sourcing energy for Datacenter locations like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, NCR, Bangalore

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : Graduation/BE/BTech
