Manager Employer Branding- Multi Billion Dollar Engineering Conglomerate
Indian multinational conglomerate, with business interests in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology and financial services.
Purpose of the Role :
The role is intended to augment existing efforts in the field of Employer Branding. The incumbent will be responsible for further strengthening the Employer brand by articulating and communicating Employee Value Proposition. As a part of the Corporate HR Team, the incumbent will be responsible for designing and executing various initiatives required to establish the company as a preferred employer in the talent market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate Talent strategy and Employer branding strategy of the organization
- Identify and drive different channels of communications
- Conceptualise and execute initiatives/campaigns to strengthen the company as a preferred employer for all the targeted talent segments.
- Coordinate with Corporate Brand Management team to synergize the efforts
- Articulate and design the communications for different channels
- Define and monitor the effectiveness of Employer branding initiatives for optimum ROI
- Align internal stakeholders (Business & HR teams) for the execution of initiatives
Skills & Competencies :
- Understanding of Talent Market and knowledge of various communication channels (especially Digital & Social)
- Ability to connect, communicate, listen and influence various stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively, articulate with clarity and communicate for impact
- Enthusiastic personality, driven by the purpose.
Qualification & Experience : Postgraduate in Management / Communication with minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in driving Digital marketing initiatives. Experience in Employer branding will be preferred.
