Looking for Manager Employer Branding - BIG 4 !!!


Key Responsibilities :

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success overseeing global marketing programs leveraging digital marketing techniques, recruitment marketing trends and leading employer brand practices, emphasizing the following areas:

- Developing and implementing a data driven, integrated recruitment marketing and brand strategy delivering results against strategic priorities across multiple countries in order to build a talent pipeline and build employer brand equity for the AC's in identified markets

- Developing and overseeing marketing tactics across several functional areas of the marketing mix including: brand, digital and social marketing, external communications, collateral, events, etc. and driving strategy to tie these initiatives together to drive talent pipeline

- Collaborating with subject matter specialists and leadership in multiple countries to develop and drive compelling candidate messaging

- Utilizing competitive and market research in key countries to understand candidate preferences, marketing dynamics and competitive strategies and incorporating this information to drive high impact and differentiated recruitment campaigns

- Understanding competitors recruitment strategies in key markets/countries in order to align our go to market strategy and point of view

- Exhibiting in depth knowledge and understanding of recruitment technology (CRM and ATS systems) in order to develop a complete candidate experience

- Optimizing knowledge and/or a proven record of success in recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy

- Developing and implementing marketing programs that are on the leading edge and leverage the latest marketing technologies to create a greater candidate experience (e.g., social listening, analytics, etc.)

- Strong experience in engaging and managing recruitment marketing agencies, including deep understanding of paid recruitment marketing media strategies and job boards, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns

- Evaluating, analyzing and interpreting voice of the candidate and market research information from a variety of sources and in multiple countries and applying learning to drive marketing strategy specific to each country

- Leading, managing and coaching/developing resources in key markets/countries including hiring and performance management

- Developing and sustaining relationships with peers and subordinates

- Building and maintaining relationships with subject matter specialists and leadership, including effectively navigating a complex organization, and doing this effectively in multiple countries

- Working independently to resolve issues and coordinating with leadership or subject matter specialists when necessary

- Demonstrating abilities to communicate and write in order to translate complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling messaging

- Overseeing marketing strategies and plans that deliver positive results in brand awareness and revenue growth across multiple countries

- Assessing marketing needs to make recommendations in allocation of marketing budgets across all programs, measuring and tracking results of marketing programs, reporting on return on investment (ROI)

- Managing and driving multiple complex marketing programs across multiple multiple countries

- Influencing leadership in order to increase effectiveness of marketing activities thus driving revenue and strengthening brand in the marketplace; and

- Overcoming internal barriers and resource constraints to produce successful programs.
