Manager - Employee Services

Qualification - MBA - HR
- Looking for only local candidates from Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for employee lifecycle events, including on boarding, internal transfers, employment changes, termination etc.
- Ensure employee Services inbox is managed, and all HR general inquiries around HR policies, employee benefits, HR systems etc are responded by the team within the agreed SLA’s.
- Ensuring strong data management of employee files
- Responsible for building a strong platform for employee services & benefits management
- Streamlining processes through process improvement activities and taking proper preventive actions
- Responsible for building a strong HR Compliance Framework and manage risks
- Liaison with Payroll Team, working with the Payroll Team to ensure appropriate payment/deductions are reflected in employees’ payroll and provide a robust & efficient payroll process
- Handle administration of employee benefit programs such as leave administration, group insurance plan employee enrolments, provident fund enrolments, etc.
- Coordinate with immigration vendor to ensure all immigration requirements are met for employees to take up employment including monitoring the visa application process and ensuring employment visas are renewed prior to expiry date
Knowledge/Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in HR, with exposure to supporting and leading India Employee Services Team
- Relevant experience of employee database management
- Microsoft Office (essential) and Oracle (preferred)
- Hard skills – programming languages, certifications, spoken languages, licenses, computer program proficiencies, etc
- Relevant experience of employee database management
- Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their interdependencies
