- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Attrition Management and retention
- Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents
- Manage Access Card, Biometric system
- Responsible for managing internal reports related with ELCM & Employee Engagement activities
- Ensuring proper database of reports are maintained
- Manage & facing internal & external audits
- Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances
- Ensuring that proper induction and adequate training are been imparted to employees
- Facilitate & co-ordinate internal & external training for the employees
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice
