Manager- Employee Relations (MBA + LLB - Mandatory)
Job Role :
- Build effective ER Solutions
- Engage with various stakeholders in the external environment to maintain harmonious relations and mitigate legal, environmental and reputational risk to the firm.
- Maintain a harmonious ER climate through various employee and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Advise on impact of global contracts from an India employment law and regulations perspective and work with the global team to develop solutions to address such challenges, where required.
- Manage litigations pertaining to employment and labour laws
- Design effective compliance frameworks and oversee execution of the same to ensure compliance to the various employment related statutory as well as internal requirements and audits.
- Liaise with labour & other statutory authorities and legal counsels on employment law related issues.
Requirement :
- Candidates with MBA (from Premier B Schools ) and LLB
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR and ER
- Experience in labour laws, mitigation, etc
