- Managing cases and issues related to performance, behavior, violation of process SOP's, company policies and compliance
- Provide comprehensive expert advice on all aspects of the employment relationship, acting as an escalation point for HR and Business partners
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with business leaders, HR RL's, Legal, and other internal/external parties when working in partnership on strategic initiatives/projects which have an ER impact
- Vendor management (via appropriate Service Delivery Agreements) in the provision of a wide range of ER services .
- Act as the guardian of the employment relationship in India by ensuring that company's values based ethos is demonstrated in all employee focused transactions
- Implement Policy on Sexual Harassment as per the Supreme Court guidelines
- Manage litigations pertaining to employment and labour laws
- Design effective compliance frameworks and oversee execution of the same to ensure compliance to the various employment related statutory as well as internal requirements and audits.
Liaise with labour & other statutory authorities and legal counsels on employment law related issues.
