The role involves working with HR, Legal, Corporate Security and other stakeholders in handling of corrective actions and in providing strategic intervention to reduce ER issues at the workplace.
- Conduct investigations in close collaboration with the Head of ER
- End to end management of cases as needed with periodic reporting and findings
- Documentation of cases and preparation of reports/statistics
- Analyzing case trends and providing recommendations/solutions
- Development and facilitation of ER skills training and creating awareness within the site on mitigating ER issues
- Review and development of HR policies
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in HR and a minimum of 5 years in Employee Relations
- Full time MBA (HR) with excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Strong investigative skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge in handling employee relations issues
- Strong knowledge of labour laws including Employees' Provident Fund, ESI, Payment of Gratuity Act, Employees' Compensation Act, Factories Act, Shops & Commercial Establishment Act
- Ability to work with various senior stakeholders in HR and business
- Documentation of cases and preparation of reports/statistics
