The Candidate will be responsible for :
- Reviewing harassment and discrimination complaints and recommending steps to investigate and resolve concerns.
- Conducting investigations including researching, interviewing, analyzing information, and documenting findings.
- Managing cases and ensuring timely response and the advancement towards resolution.
- Providing advice to business leaders on equal opportunity policy.
- Partner with HR business Partners, Ethics & Compliance, Security and Employment Legal teams to ensure that investigations/disciplinary processes are handled in a fair, timely manner
Candidate Requirement :
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or an MBA.
- 10 or more years of relevant work experience in Human resources and more than 4 years of experience in Employee Relations/ Investigation role.
