- Conduct regular assessments of labour practices to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with Business and HR business partners to implement ER policies and promote employee engagement with a view to have minimal business disruption.

- Represent the company in discussions with labour unions, government agencies, labour courts and other stakeholders.

- Ensure and do timely compliances for all Sales offices for all applicable labour laws including returns, renewals of licenses, registers for on roll and contract employees.

Required Candidate profile?

- Understanding of Sales Promotion Act. Expert in compliance related to labour laws, Strong negotiation skills.


- Experience of attending court matters and dealing with unrecognised unions. Familiarity to FMARI and similar organisation across India

- Strong stakeholder management skills
