Employee Relations Manager/IR - Chennai - Female Candidate
Location: Chennai Plant

- Experience in employee relations/handling IR situations, Conflict Management
- Experience in handling Contract labor Management in Plant
- Develop a long-term IR strategy
- Developing and maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relations in the plant through 2-way communication and employee involvement
- Change Management & Retention Management
- Ensuring strict adherence to statutory laws & 100% compliance
- Employee Welfare and Relations.
- Thorough knowledge of employee relations, Industrial Relations, and External community building Ensure adherence of labor-related laws and regulations. Lead role in annual HR audit at the factory
- Build up liaison with local HR Managers/HR Forums, Government Officials
- Participate in negotiations with Union, Industrial court matters, Conciliation proceedings or any such process covered under Labor laws
- Meet the Recruitment numbers for the crew on time and in full and ensure the right person for the right job at a right price by working closely with line managers. Supporting HR Director for a closure of staff positions at Plant.
Qualification & Experience :
- Knowledge of employment law & labor regulations plant(manufacturing setups), Co-ordination with the senior management at corporate office and plant, IR Experience
- Post Grad in in HR/ Labour Relations female candidates with 4-12 years + experience in HR/IR/ ER environment
