Job Description ER & Compliance :
Team/Department: HR & Admin
Business & Location: FCB & SCB - Dahej,Bharuch
Reporting to: DGM HR& Admin
Purpose :
- Foresee and develop a proactive approach towards ER through constant touch with Internal and External network.
- Compliance of all people related statutory framework.
- Contract Labor Management
- Liaising with local govt. bodies and Industries Association
- Ensuring Non-interruption of Business operations at the location due to Labor/Local unrest
- Disciplinary Actions / court cases etc.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
Statutory Compliances :
- Compliances to all statutory acts.
- Maintaining all forms and documents
- Timely submission of all returns and applications
- Leading all statutory audits
Legal Affairs:
- Handle all site-related legal matters
- Represent SRF in court proceedings
Proactive ER :
- Developing formal and informal communication channels across levels to capture feeling and sentiments of people
Control Unplanned absenteeism :
- Ensuring control and reduction in unplanned absenteeism of employees.
Audits :
- Leading the audits compliance for all employees and contract employees compliances and statutory compliances
Contract Labor Management system (CLMS) :
- Ensuring the supply of manpower and timely compliance of all the labor laws by the contractors
- Ensuring that the records are available for audits and inspections.
Position Specification :
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate/MSW/MBA/PGDM HR (Ful Time)
Nature of experience: Strong Exposure of employee relation functions / Compliance Role
Duration of the experience: 7-12 Years
Role-specific competencies: Planning & Execution, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Compliance, Communication, Knowledge of Statutory Acts.
