- Counsel and guide employees regarding HR practices, company policy and employment laws.
- Formulate and Implement changes to HR policies and practices through benchmarking exercise across industries i.e, POSH (Prevention of sexual harassment) policy, Social media guidelines, Grievance management policy, Account level Induction Program, Confirmation policy and whistleblower policy.
- Mentor a team of ER managers on handling critical employee related issues as per the guidance of principles of natural justice and local governing laws as applicable.
- Training people managers and service delivery heads on strategies for managing ER related risks.
- Liaise with legal advisors, external counsel for conducting on-going labor related litigations and ER incidents that impact business.
- Worked with the Cross functional teams to design and deliver the new policies specific to employee relations area.
