Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

- Manage the ER function.

- Identify ER trends and developments in India/industry;

- Manage cases of employment misconduct, team member grievance and poor performance;

- Advise and consult on employee engagement issues, trends, etc.;

- Deliver and assist in the design of ER learning programs & ER Policy Management

- Establish working relationships and manage the various stakeholders - both internal and external.

- Examines, Reviews and analyzes complaints that are extremely diverse and complex in scope and takes corrective action as needed.

- Consult on change management initiatives;

- The successful candidate will work closely with HR Site Leader for India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Advise the HR and business leadership on the ER developments and recent trends in India, and where applicable propose action based on such developments and trends;

- Serve as the facilitator for the Disciplinary Committee and other ER related committees;

- Collaborate with HRBPs on the cases of under performance and ensure documentation around the same

- Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs and Internal Complaints Committee in managing ER matters

- Assist in the development and delivery of ER programs and educate HRBPs on the process

- Assist in policy development on Consequence Management/Grievance resolution

- Establish a sound working relationship with the various stakeholders in the company as well as with regulators related to the employment field in India.

- Advise and consult on reorganization initiatives of various kinds, partnering with the HR Business Partners;

- Work with HRBPs in reviewing the results of the Team Member Connection Survey and developing interventions with the LOBs, especially in areas where there are engagement issues;

Minimum Requirements:

Educational Attainment: Bachelor/Masters Degree or equivalent

Required Experience:

- 12 + years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations

- Experience in Case management will be of great value

- Prior HR Generalist experience will be of great value

- Sound knowledge of Indian employment law and ER practices

- Good communication skills, and

- Ability to write ER reports.
