HR Business Partnership
- Closely working with leaders to understand business and departmental priorities and translate to HR & Talent Actions
- Being a trusted advisor to business heads to provide inputs on actions to be taken wrt Talent priorities
- Translate Org-wide HR programs to specific requirements of each business
- Ensure that you are the point contact for all activities from Onboarding to separation to ensure seamless accountability.
- Drive outcomes through impact and metrics - lead and lag indicators to articulate challenges being addressed
- Managing Talent Risks and devising strategies to manage them. Enable awareness around risks, HR policies and compliance requirements for the success of BU and employees
- Working with Recruitment Team for Talent Planning for each function
Employee Experience :
- Engaging with employees on their career at India. Discuss challenges with business and provide coaching & counseling needs.
- Develop and execute strategies for overall wellness of our employees including physical and mental health, counseling during grief and safety
- Engage with employees to gather ideas and opportunities for innovation that help serve our clients better, drives cost savings and improves our processes
- Driving programs within your BU for Performance Management, Rewards, Succession Management, Promotions, Learning, OD and Employee Engagement
- Continuously assessing the engagement levels of our employees and keep leadership updated with actions
- Educating employees and leaders on HR processes, operations including technology (DBX etc) to ensure self-service, and key connects are established
- Agile Goal Setting and Performance Engagement
- Actively engage in goal setting exercises for the business and provide inputs and support for talent goals, org design, work processes and KPIs
- Hand-holding employees - goal setting, performance engagement & discussion, promotions, increments and development focus
- Career Planning, Succession Management and Leadership Development
- Support success of employees by driving ongoing career engagement approaches including coaching, mentoring, internal mobility and other opportunities
- Providing support to employees as they transition to a new role
Learning :
- Work in tandem with the BU leader to create BU specific training calendar and ensure delivery through our Learning vertical.
- Be creative to develop/deploy engaging learning content and leverage our learning resources/infra including ALeX and LinkedIn Learning
OD, Culture and Continuous Improvement :
- Actively be engaged in translating business changes through recalibrating talent processes, people, tech, systems and culture
- Provide inputs & insights to the function for increased efficiency and deployment of technology
