Manager - Employee Engagement
Qualification : MBA fulltime from reputed institute
Purpose: Conceptualize and implement various employee engagement initiatives and improve the employee engagement across the organization.
KRA :
Core responsibilities :
- Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement programmes
- Responsible for maintaining high Employee Engagement score across internal and external surveys
- Responsible for Event management, CSR, Sports and cultural events
- Responsible for employee health and wellness initiatives
- Manage the Great Place to work annual survey and track actions. Manage Culture initiative and track action items
- Annual CSAT survey management and track action items
- Employees connect and engagement sessions at regular intervals
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement across the organization.
- Responsible to develop and implement events and engagement plan.
- Support in developing comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement programmes
- Facilitate execution of Reward & Recognition activities
