Manager Employee Engagement (2-5 years ) Services

Reporting into the Head HR,you will be responsible for :

- Leading employee engagement Pan India

- Responsible for designing engagement surveys and leading them end to end

- Leading the communications internally and externally within the organization

As a successful candidate :

- You should have 2-5 years of experience in Employee Engagement in large-scale MNCs. You should have managed senior stakeholders and led all communication interventions internally and externally

- Good academic pedigree will be preferred
