Role Description (Not limited to) :
- Build effective Employee Engagement Solutions
- Engage with various stakeholders in the external environment to maintain harmonious relations, mitigate environmental and reputational risk to the firm.
- Innovate and implement Employee Engagement initiatives
- Maintain a harmonious ER climate through various employee and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Conduct investigations in close collaboration with the Head of Employee Engagement
- End to end management of cases as needed with periodic reporting and findings
- Documentation of cases and preparation of reports/statistics
- Analyzing case trends and providing recommendations/solutions
- Development and facilitation of ER skills training and creating awareness within the site on mitigating ER issues
- Review and development of HR policies

Experience :
- Minimum 8 yrs of which at least 5 in Employee Engagement
Education :
- Post graduate - MBA (HR) from Premier B School
