Role Objective: 1. The Employee Engagement Manager will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new engagement strategy, core channels and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting corporate events team as an engagement partner 2. Implement and manage new internal engagement initiatives, which aims to build networks and empower employees 3. The applicant will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, most notably HR Colleagues, the Leadership teams as well as other audience leads responsible for communications Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy 2. Develop long-term strategy and key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and constructive employee engagement 3. Develop employee recognition strategies, including reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for department recognition programs 4. Create and enable framework to employees on all employment and personal challenges that may impact work 5. Drive the annual Engagement Survey and Dipstick survey for all the employees and develop actionable insights and create corresponding actions plans 6. Collect timely data to support initiatives through FGDs, Surveys, Visionary Interviews and other methodologies 7. Developing and delivering organization's engagement planning and calendar of activity, supporting to increase levels of employee engagement 8. Collaborate with various Crews and Swarms to ensure seamless implementation of engagement initiatives across the organization 9. Responsible to develop and implement communications, coordinate events and engagement plan
