Manager - Employee Communication/Internal Communication

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Seamless execution of employee communication strategies and collaterals

- Building content for various campaigns to drive employee communication

- Work closely with stakeholders in HR to build internal communication collaterals addressing the entire employee life cycle

- Support in developing communication for key HR initiatives including DEI charter and permeation of EVP among employees as well as candidates

- Liaise with vendor teams for communication collaterals including videos and ensure optimum utilisation of resources

- Build success metrics for communication across internal and social media platforms. Forecast, advise, and create content for all employee platforms

You are ideal for this role if:

- You have graduated from a Tier 1 college with a Masters Degree

- You have 3-4 years of relevant experience

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- You have the ability to work with HR and other cross-functional teams

- You have good understanding of internal communication, branding as well as new age communication formats

- You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently without much supervision
