Manager - Employee benefits
- Ability to maintain relationships with insurance and healthcare providers, Insurance brokers and drive preliminary negotiations
- Monitor and research benefits trends.
- Participate in market surveys and benchmarking studies
- Work with HCM Compliance and Operations teams to improve the current HCM policies (Financial and Non-financial)
- Monitor and execution of the monthly ESOP administration cycle.
- Create FAQs, avail other platforms for better employee communication, administration of Pan Bank's informational sessions on benefits
- Ability to conduct independent research into new benefits plans
- Preparing MIS reports and coordinating with payroll, as needed
- Ensuring Bank is compliant with states and national laws
- Ensuring benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive
- Query management & settlement of different claims within timeline.
- Reconciliation of various insurance premium payments, GL reconciliation.
