Email Marketing & SEO Manager - D2C e-Commerce - US brands
Role & responsibilities :
- Owning and optimizing organic channels to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive conversions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the email & SMS strategy and optimizing SEO via blog and site content
- Develop and execute an integrated content strategy, creating coordinated blogs and emails that drive engagement and purchases
- Manage Email & SMS channels end to end including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance reporting to drive revenue, engagement, and retention
- Build Emails/SMS including concept, copywriting, graphics, proofing, segmentation, and sending
- Continuously refine strategies through A/B testing and weekly analysis
- Grow and maintain email and SMS subscriber lists including growth initiatives, segmentation, and cleaning
- Create and present weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Manage SEO channel end to end including strategy development, content execution, and performance reporting to improve search ranking and drive site traffic
- Build and optimize product and landing pages to support marketing campaigns
- Address technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, and site architecture to enhance search engine indexing.
Preferred candidate profile:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct ownership of
organic email marketing channel in a DTC eCommerce space.
- 2-5 years of
SEO experience in a
DTC e-commerce space - Experience writing content for a
US lifestyle brand - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency with email/SMS market platforms & best practices
- High level of proficiency SEO Tools & best practices (MS Excel, SEM Rush, Google - Analytics & Search Console)
- Proficiency in On Page, Off Page, & Technical SEO
- Working hours - 4PM -1AM IST - Remote role
