Randstad is looking for a data-driven inbound marketer with expertise in email marketing and marketing automation to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of developing and tracking our email campaigns to attract traffic to our website and nurturing those leads to close into customers.

What's expected on the job:
- Attract a qualified audience to our owned properties such as whitepapers, reports, blog posts and infographics leveraging email, content and retargeting as channels
- Grow new leads and email list organically by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Segment audience lists based on lead attributes (industry, role, company size, etc.), behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimise our marketing automation, retargeting and lead nurturing workflows for different audience segments to convert leads into customers
- Manage day to day execution of various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and templates that succeed through email.
- Work closely with our sales teams to close the loop of results from our inbound marketing efforts and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-6 years experience with past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers. (Prior experience with Hubspot would be a big plus)
- Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
- Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form).
