We have a suitable opportunity for one of the leading FMCG organisations in Baddi-India for the position of Manager- EHS.

In this role, you will develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs that support our company's environmental, health, and safety programs. The successful candidate should have strong data analytics skills, experience with budgeting, and technical expertise in handling utilities. The candidate will be primarily responsible for driving all Environment programs of the plant. The EHS Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices. Additionally, experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is preferred. The location of the job will be at Baddi Plant.

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the environment program or the Future, Identify and implement projects related to Emission, Effluent, water reduction, Energy, Biodiversity and waste generation

- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Monitor and evaluate EHS program performance through data analytics and reporting using tools such as Power BI.

- Manage the company's waste management and pollution prevention programs.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and other stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and training to employees on EHS subject

- Conduct investigations of accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

- Manage the EHS budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

C1 Internal use

- Use technical skills to develop and maintain EHS programs related to environmental compliance, sustainability, and energy management.

- Monitor performance of Utilities, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and do technical RCA in case of breakdown

Key Competencies:

- Strong data analytics skills and experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Knowledge of relevant National and state regulations

- Self-Starter and Initiator

Reporting To:

- Plant ETNEHS Head

Education:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/environmental science, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in EHS or Utility/Maintenance management
