Position Title : Manager - eFinance (AR Application)
Work Location: Noida
Experience : 8-10 years
Basic Function :
- Functionalities of Finance modules - AR, AP,GL,CM, PA, PO, iExpense, OTL & GL
- Experience in Account Receivables and Billing Process is must
- Hands on in configuration and implementation of Account Receivables modules and integration with other applications.
- Understanding of cost allocation and billing generation business process
- Plan and execute new automation projects for Finance on Oracle Apps ERP
- Work in close coordination with end user community at operating and management level in understanding the business requirements
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage stakeholders expectation and escalations
Essential Functions :
Finance SME :
- Knowledge of Finance Business Processes and their flow in finance systems - Oracle Apps ERP
- Knowledge of system configuration of Finance modules and implementation in Oracle Apps ERP
- Knowledge of issue resolution and bug fixing and co-ordinate with Oracle for desired solution.
- Knowledge of Financial Closing Process
- Knowledge of Document Management, Compliance & Audit
- Should have worked on support function and sound knowledge of user management
- Ability to manage team and users expectation
- Experience on Oracle 11i and 12i
- Ability to manage Cross-functional coordination
Finance Automation Roadmap :
- Provide inputs to Finance Automation Roadmap and solution design
- Propose changes to address business requirements
- Have a bias for action, superior implementation
- Increase the usage of Financial Systems and work on process improvement
- Support monitoring and communication
Project and Program Management :
- Manage SDLC of automation projects
- Strengthen Finance Systems Implementation methodology
- Change Management
- Established detailed baseline plan, thought leadership to various finance function streams
- Cross-functional coordination
Technical Skills :
- Hands on experience of Oracle Applications Financial modules, Account Receivables is a must and Project Accounting will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Chart of Account Structure and Finance Business process mapping with Oracle functionality and accounting flow
- Hands on experience of integrating AR module with other applications
- Should have business process knowledge related to billing activity.
- Should have been part of large implementation projects and preferable managed few
- SME on financial systems and processes
- Excellent Skills in MS Excel for adhoc data analysis
Process Specific Skills :
- Good exposure to functional areas of finance & accounting
- Understanding of end to end process of P2P, O2C & R2R in oracle
- Experience in Finance Process Transition/Automation
- Experience in Project Management, Planning and Tracking of large Finance Automation/ ERP Implementation projects
- Formal approach to Project management using Project Management Techniques
- Experience in managing multiple and multi location projects
Education Requirements :
- Graduate with MBA Finance, any other professional qualification
- Project Management Certification
Work Experience Requirements :
- Minimum work experience - 8+ years
- Experience in Account Receivable Modules - 6+ years
- Experience in Financial Process Automation/Transformation
