Roles and Responsibilities -
- Design and update product content/audit that will be published on e-Commerce websites and social media handles like FB, INsta, YouTube etc.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Provide support in other areas of Social Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics and Paid Social Media.
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
- Identify SEO best practices regarding technology and Monitor web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Overall create industry standard web and app and generate sales.
- Should be expert in all means of e-commerce website and social media promotion.
- Key role to manage and generate sales.
2) Market place expert
Job Requirements :
- The role of the Marketplace Specialist is to oversee and execute administrative and strategic tasks across all marketplace channels like Amazon, Flipkart, nyaka etc
- Day-to-day maintenance of keeping products successful on marketplace channels. This includes monitoring customer emails/feedback/reviews and providing same-day responses, monitoring metric shifts, understanding trends as they develop, reviewing daily reporting, and revenue.
- Coordinating with our Production and Fulfillment teams to ensure inventory is in place.
- Developing strategies to increase revenue and the conversion rate of products, including but not limited to product page optimization, packaging/inserts, customer emails, potential marketplace-exclusive deals, bundling products, ensuring all products are on Amazon's FBA program, and more.
- Catching issues before they become bigger problems and notifying the appropriate individuals.
- Understanding everything about the specific marketplace where our products are being sold is critical (e.g., competitors, marketplace terms of service changes, etc.).
- Utilizing a variety of tools on Amazon and other marketplaces to increase sales by optimizing our product pages for keywords and content, while ensuring we- re also protecting our brand from unauthorized sellers.
- Assisting in the updating of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for each marketplace.
- Working on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success
