We are hiring Manager - eCommerce for one of the US mnc.
- Devise and drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eStore (dotCom store) strategy and other assigned third-party online accounts for India market.
- Track and drive sales inclusive of baseline monthly revenue, margin with focus on profitable growth.
- Continuously work on devising new revenue streams.
- Track key moves in industry, consumer behaviour and competition tactics, to craft and refine ecommerce strategy for the brand
- Work with stakeholders internally and externally, to devise capabilities and processes, to maintain healthy NPS for customer satisfaction.
- Forecast inventory requirement and ensure on-time sales against the same by working closely with supply chain/category/demand planning teams.
- Close collaboration and regular working with in-country category team to understand business priorities, chart out building blocks for growth and regular monitoring against the set business objectives.
- Work with cross-geographic teams to secure support, commitment, and investment to plans / initiatives.
- Work with marketing team to devise campaigns to meet set business objectives and jointly monitor and give inputs to optimize campaigns for success.
- Continuously analyse website data to monitor and track performance and drive data led decision making for business growth.
- Work closely with merchandising/UX team to ensure continuous improvements in customer journey.
Education & Experience:
- Degree holder with 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce/ sales, online channel and product strategy
- Prior experience of working in a matrix organization (preferred)
- Prior experience of working in D2C environment (preferred), with a brand in consumer space.
Key Skills:
- Deep understanding of and thought leadership in ecommerce landscape
- Understanding of web traffic funnel and levers to drive conversion rate optimization
- Data-driven, highly analytical mindset
- Excellent collaboration skills to interface with stakeholders inside country and across the region teams, in a matrix environment.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to think and operate at both strategic and tactical level
