INTERVIEW AT CHENNAI 21ST OR 22ND OF JANUARY @ CHENNAI

Involved from conception through end of life for Online Banking products and related features, including product management, product development and business development. Experience within the Financial Services Online Banking space with focus on internet Consumer and commercial User interfaces with various products including bill payment, person to person payments, transfers, ACH, wires activity, positive pay, and more. Experience with the mobile channel including experience with various carriers, devices and applications affiliated with mobile, and as an integrated channel for Online Banking is a plus.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization. Assist with analysis that drives product pricing and bundling. Draft and execute on internal and external product communication and information. Assist with Product Project management as delegated by the Product Director.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market with a focus on custom development requests from clients for assessment. Assist in driving product development and enhancements including road map and statement of direction development. Monitor customers/prospects for awareness of customer needs and perspectives. Assist in the development of business cases and requirements specifications to support new product recommendations. Assist in managing issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and client communication

As an Online Banking Product Manager you will help define, design and deliver innovative solutions for First Data. You will work closely with the Application Development team, Sales, Customer Operations/Implementations, Marketing and other area of the business to execute high priority Online Banking projects. You will work with a passionate team and be challenged to deliver results that have a direct impact on First Data's bottom line.
