Responsibilities:-
- Manage EBO Backend Operations
- Support Pan India Store Operations end to end by Managing the EBO- Ops Team
- Coordination with RM's / ARM's for Smooth Store Operations
- Coordination with all other departments such as HR, Accounts, MIS etc for Operational Support
- Manage the Regional, MIS & Payment coordinator for on time operational support
- Handling a team of 6 people and co-ordinating with front end Team
- Staff Onboarding, Payments, Attendance, Shortages & Advances monitoring
- Staff Grievances & Welfare handling in coordination with the HR Dept
- Store end to end Data capturing through proper tracking mechanisms
- On time New Store Openings, Internet and Rental payments
- Staff Budgeting & Man power management
- Coordinating between landlords, malls, internal team, stakeholders
- Handling requirements of the store such as Petty cash, general expenses, staff traveling expenses etc
- Payments of vendors, vendor management, staff attendance etc
- Vendor sourcing for Operational needs and process enhancement such as CMS agencies etc.
Ideal Candidate:-
- Ideally experience in Backend operations, or experience as Area Manager (Sales & Marketing) with experience handling 30+ stores in Retail
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent in Hindi, English, and preferably in Tamil
