Job Role

- Due diligence for new client and reporting process including generating and monitoring.

- Risk Assessment,Market research,financial report.

- Focus on quality of financial information, quality of earnings, analyzing debt and debt-like items and analyzing working capital over multi-year time periods.

- Quickly develop an understanding of the target business and its drivers

- Understand the business, understand the deal drivers, agree on expectation, develop research and develop information requirement checklist.

- Develop financial models with projections. Financial analysis - get the number right, quality of earnings and net asset base.

- Draft and finalize due diligence report.
