Manage a team of Document Review specialists for first level review, second level review, subjective Coding and redfern requests
Principle Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work Management - delivery and quality: Manage a team of Document Review specialists reviewing documents for first level review (tag documents for responsive, not responsive, hot, relevant/ noteworthy), second level review, subjective coding and redfern requests
- Responsible for achieving SLAs , turnaround time and quality, Monitor productivity
- Strict adherence to the quality approach and workflow at all stages of review
- Query handling, preparing query log and discussing with Client/ counsel
- Client Management: - Lead the kick-off calls - Daily/ weekly connect with Client
- Sharing regular updates and productivity/ other reports with the Client/ counsel and Analytics Management
- Technical expertise: - Creating STRs - Analyze and execute the searches for smart quality checks to save time and achieve high accuracy of data - Discuss with Client and prepare layouts, views, fields, choices
- Intelligent batching for work allocation to the team
- Team Management and Development - Giving feedbacks to the team - Providing case, tool and legal trainings
- Maintaining attendance and other related records of the team
- Performance Management
Qualifications / Work Experience / Skills Work experience:
- Min 2 year as a Team Leader and 1 year as a QC specialist
- Sound knowledge of the Document Review and e-Discovery industry
- Experience in a similar LPO set up
- Knowledge of Litigation Management Software: Relativity, DocuMatrix
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point)
- Familiar with the US judicial system, understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures from US perspective
- RelOne/ Relativity/ Reveal/ any other industry standard tool experience/ certification
- Preferred: RelOne/ Relativity experience in creating fields, choices, layouts, views, STRs
Qualification/ Skills:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, strong English reading and comprehending
- Has a logical bent of mind
